La Certosella Capri 3 stars

Hotel La Certosella is situated on the sunny southern slopes of the island, just a few minutes away from the Piazzetta, on the elegant Via Tragara. This charming 3 star hotel is one of Capri's oldest establishments, which first opened its doors to visitors back in 1880. Over the years, the hotel has been enlarged and frequently renovated so as to offer a full range of modern facilities and the highest levels of comfort.

Today, guest accommodation is provided in 12, well appointed, air conditioned bedrooms, the majority of which with sea view and their own private terrace. At the center of the property, lies La Certosella's magnificent garden, inspired by those belonging to the ancient Roman villas' once present on the island, complete with columns, pergolas and a splendid display of Capri's delicately scented flowers and lush, subtropical vegetation.

Furnished with comfortable sun loungers and deck chairs, La Certosella's swimming pool and solarium terrace provides an idyllic spot where to soak up the Italian sunshine whilst admiring one of the most charming views of the island. Breakfast is served, al fresco, in the vicinity of the pool.
